You are asked to analyze the Customer Complaints at Drive Thru Restaurants. The data provides the # of Complaints by day by type. You are going to analyze this data using basic quality tools to begin to understand what is going on, what we should try to correct first, and if there are any relationships between the types of complaints.

Develop and provide a histogram for the number of complaints by category.

• 1. The X axis will show the range of complaints per day and the Y axis will show the # of days that the complaints fell in that range for that category.
  2. Please use bin sizes of 0 to 3; 4 to 7; 8 to 11; etc. Please develop a histogram for each complaint category.
  3. Which categories appear to follow a normal distribution?
