You are concerned about several staff complaining to you that there is poor communication on your unit. They do not feel that staff members are sharing information, and there is poor communication among nurses and the interprofessional teams. You had not noticed this and are concerned that you missed the symptoms of a problem. Address the following:

2. What steps would you take to solve this communication challenge?
3. How do you plan to involve staff members?
4. What might you do and/or put in place to avoid communication challenges in the future?
