You are convinced that your organization should adopt a work-from-home policy as it will boost morale and make workers more productive. Consequently, your focus in the literature is on the benefits of telecommuting policy and your questions for your survey are framed to highlight the positive dimensions of telecommuting. As long as you disclose in the limitations section that the researcher believes that adopting telework will greatly benefit the organization, it is acceptable to use this approach. This is an example of research bias and undermines the credibility of the research effort. You are working the best interests of your organization and this approach is fine. Since your supervisor believes that remote work is a good idea, it is okay to proceed in with this research approach
