You are designing a database for a retailer that sells products to company clients. The facts given below are the result of many user interviews and should be used to design the database. You will be taking the following information and make a Data Model in Visio and then copy and paste it below.

a) A Company can have many PO's (purchase orders), but a PO will be assigned to only one company.

b) A PO can contain many Products and a Product can be on many PO's.

c) A Vendor can supply many Products

d) A Product can be obtained from many Vendors

Be sure to complete the following:

You are to begin by creating a data model to include the entities and fields needed.

Use surrogate keys as needed.

Draw the relationships between each entity using the crow's feet design.

Do not worry about including foreign keys.

Enter the correct minimum and maximum cardinality using the crow's feet design (note: do not add any intersection entities at this time. If a relationship is N:M, just show it that way on the data model.)

It will be corrected during the final database design). Use common sense to determine minimum cardinality.

Note: Include only the ID field and the Name field for the tables above in the Data Model. Include Date in the PO table.
