Advise the Human Rights Organisation whether: 1) the IBCH can challenge the legislation, as a civil society organisation. 2) the POLA, a pre-independence law can be challenged on the basis that it violates a provision of the Bill of Rights 3) the POLA, can be challenged on any other basis 4) the POMTA can be challenged, and on what basis. and 5) the basis upon which the Court can review these laws.
