• Why did I choose the product or service initially?
• Is it just the product in itself or where it is on the shelf or its popularity?
• Is its brand or packaging a factor, even if it is a product you use often, why do I continue to support the product?
• How far do you travel to get the product or service and how long do you wait to receive it? (in person or by mail)
• Do you tell others about the product or service as a personal advertiser?
