You are one of 8 health care workers that are supervised by another individual. Your review has come up and you are about to visit with your supervisor. You have performed well this year and have no concerns going into your review. You get along well with your coworkers, and the coaches and physicians that you work with all seem happy with your work. The only problem that you can think of during the year is an argument that you had with one of the nurses in the clinic. The argument became heated and occurred in full view of a patient. You feel you ultimately dealt with that situation well, apologizing to the patient and later smoothing things over with the nurse.
