You are part of a team in charge of a project to install CPOE at NCMC. Assume that you have nine months to complete the project and a budget of $300,000 (the hardware and the software license itself will not be considered in the class). As you build your "team" the case does include salary information so be aware of what/who you can afford with the budget provided. You should use specific names from the case in your writing, and if you use additional employees, provide a name, describe their role and their annual salary based on information NCMC module or what is logical if you add a different job title. Also, be aware that you are provided more information than necessary for the projects. As in a real facility, you must decide what information is necessary to use for the documents required.

Develop a risk register with at least three entries for the project. The document must be done in Word and must be specific to NCMC. Here are categories of potential risks you could consider: technical, schedule, client, contractual, weather, political, environmental, people (do NOT use general time and cost overruns as risks - no credit will be given for those). Remember, risks are what MIGHT happen to derail your project in terms of time and costs. Think about the CPOE project and what MIGHT affect its successful outcome
