1. You are required to act as an agent and conduct a rental property inspection in your area. You can either:

• Inspect a friend's or relative's house/unit with them acting as the tenant, or
• Go to an open house inspection conducted by a real estate agency in your area, you still need to act as the agent with a friend acting as the tenant.

Provide a detailed description of what is said by both parties as well as photos of the property (internal and external) without indicating the actual address or agency name for privacy purposes. You must ensure that you and the tenant appear in the photos while conducting the inspections.200 to 300
