You are required to present a proposal to a Health Board on a plan to implement a proven innovation on hospital infection due to poor prevention and control in XYZ primary healthcare center ,which is being used to improve patient care (which must include consideration of clinical effectiveness, patient safety and/or patient experience) and will reduce costs in one specific area; drawing on evidence of management theories, tools, and models to support the implementation of this innovation in the health system
