You are required to produce the following:

$1.$ A Ship Agency Appointment Agreement Contract or

A Liner Agency Agreement Contract

$-$ Detailing, particulars about the ship, principal, terms and conditions and the

obligations of the parties to the contract $($name your ship agency$).$

$2.$ Produce a Pro$-$forma Disbursement Account $($Excel Spreadsheet$),$ showing particular

details about the particular ship, calculations showing expenses the vessel will incur from

the various services provided by the ship agent, third party contractors, State Agencies

and other line items etc.
