Complete a review of the information including the following: a. obtain feedback using feedback tools b. review the maintenance schedule c. review the ways in which the information is managed including how it is collected, assessed, organised and communicated BSBINM301 - Assessments Last Updated: October 2018, Version No. 1.0 Page 11 of 12 d. review the technology used to manage and maintain the information e. review the contributions of the information to completing tasks or making decisions f. identify future information needs g. document future information needs h. contribute to work group discussion, using accepted conventions (in simulation) for both colleagues and clients i. demonstrate your oral communication skills by: i. listening and questioning to elicit views and opinions of others and to obtain information ii. participating in a verbal exchange of ideas/solutions using clear language to contribute information and convey issues. 3. Prepare a written report that details: a. the process you followed and documents you used to complete each step detailed above Note: you can include any feedback forms, gap analysis documents as appendix documents if required. b. a paragraph summarising your findings, conclusions/recommendations after completing each step detailed in point 2 c. a paragraph reflecting what you learnt about completing a review of company information and identifying future information needs. d. using correct format, accurate spelling, grammar and terminolog
