Conduct a literature review around the major issue via APIC library databases and recommended reading resources to explore how to resolve the issue and how it is important to human resource management and organizational success. Theories related are strongly recommended to apply while analyzing the HR issue. (Part 2: Literature Review (due week 4)

The recommendations should be linked back to the issue identified in Part 1 and viable solutions should be provided to resolve the issue. (Part 3: Recommendations (due week 6)
