You are the Assistant Administrator for Facility Operations of Rolling Hills Village, a continuing care retirement community of over 2000 residents spread among its skilled assisted living and independent living environments. The Village has outgrown its current management information system (MIS), a large but outdated system currently handling all clinical, administrative, and strategic support applications for the facility.
