You are the Board Development Chair of your organization and one of your duties is to train the board members, both old and new. The organization has planned this activity for an overnight retreat beginning on Friday night at 6 pm and ending on Saturday at 4 pm.

What will you cover in this training by creating a schedule that shows each segment of the training and the time for each topic. why the board needs to learn about it. Be sure to include meals and breaks. Important things to remember--- the board members need to buy into the mission, get to know one another, understand their roles as board members and become a team during this training.
