SLAB has been riding the success of one product and has grown quickly over the past decade. More recently though, the company has been performing poorly. It is facing new competitors and has difficulty creating and launching new products. It is also having difficulty responding to the needs of existing clients. You are not getting along with the CEO, head of research and COO (Chief Operations Officer), as they all constantly argue about who is responsible for stagnation.
