You are the Chief Administrative Officer for the UCLA Medical Center. You have been asked by the Vice Chancellor of UCLA Health Sciences to evaluate the current organizational structure. Senior management is considering a change to improve the overall performance of the organization. Your task is to identify the current structure (discuss what it is as well as the pros and cons). You are to then discuss an alternate structure that is in keeping with our mission, vision, and goals/objectives (Be sure to mention these in your analysis).
