You are the CIO of a small local hospital. The hospital employs a highly successful doctor who brings in a lot of money for the hospital. The doctor normally gets good reviews on Yelp. However, you know from your position at the hospital and meetings you are in that the doctor can be a hothead, and somewhat arrogant. Some terrible reviews of the doctor are appearing on Yelp. The doctor believes they know who did it, and it is one of the competing doctors. The doctor wants answers, he wants it removed from Yelp, and he wants you to find out who posted the bad review. (It will take a subpoena to find the IP address and details). There is a part of you that feels the doctor is finally getting some of his own medicine (no pun intended). However, the doctor wants answers because as he states - it could ruin his career. You are confident it is not a career ruining incident. You enlist the CEO who settles things down.
