As a result, Congress decided to form a sub-committee to determine if the Constitution should be amended. Your Congressperson sits on the Judiciary Committee tasked with submitting a recommendation to Congress concerning the amending of the Constitution.

C. Discuss whether the Constitution should be amended to reflect the changing needs of society.
