EVENT 1: Quinceanera

Maria and Gabriel Lopez are hosting a party for their daughters, Alysia, and Quinceanera at an off-site location. They expect to have 300 guests in attendance of which two-thirds of the group will be teenagers to celebrate the day. Maria would like pink and lavender linens on the table and prefer two types of buffets: One for adults (chicken and beef) and one for teenagers (pizza, hamburgers, etc.) For dessert, they would like an ice cream sundae station where guests can get custom-made malts and smoothies. They have a cake to be delivered and a DJ will play from 8 pm to 11 pm. However, they do not have any DJ picked out and asking you for a recommendation.
