You are the human resources director for IMF Plastics Manufacturing. Roan, the VPHR, has reached out asking for your help because the organization has experienced significant growth through an acquisition and the addition of numerous new employees to support growth. Due to organizational growth and the cost of benefits for the company, a new benefits provider and plans have been selected for the upcoming year.  The new plans will include new health benefit options that will cost the employees more for each plan due to the latest trends in healthcare costs.

Your VPHR has asked you to identify a communication strategy to announce these changes in upcoming company meetings that will be hosted with all employees to announce these changes. You are meeting with him next week to discuss your change strategy.
