You are the lead IT Manager for a project to replace a queuing system for customers across 10 offices. Each office is independent with the exception of a daily download from the central office of appointments that have been scheduled online or through a mobile application. The current system has 10 servers one at each office and one kiosk at the front entrance. A person will enter and select the service they are here to receive. The customer gets a ticket with a number on it and then the end user will call up the number in the queue from their workstation.

  • Show an in-depth test plan to ensure that all tickets print correctly, and all appointments go to the correct locations.
  • Provide any other information you feel needs to be tested before the new system goes live.
  • Also provide any contingencies in case the wrong ticket prints or an appointment does not get to the correct server during your test cases.

If you used outside sources to support your points, include a references page formatted according to APA guidelines.
