I have used your restaurant frequently for special events in the past and your staff assured me everything would be ready. I was totally embarrassed when we arrived to be told that we had not booked the reservation. We did however have a confirmation with us. Nonetheless, the table had not been set-up and the special cake I had ordered was not served. The food was horrible, and the staff rude to my staff.
