The tasks are not in order, think about what steps should happen in what sequence.

	Review requests that the ROI specialist has questions about what to send.
	Distributes work to the appropriate ROI staff
ROI Specialist	Processes Insurance and patient requests
	Logs requests in disclosure Log
	Mail records to requestor
	If no patient records, returns request to sender with letter of explanation
	Reviews requests for validity
	Creates an invoice for records
	Invalid request is routed to the ROI Clerk
	Checks the EHR for records of patient's records being requested
ROI Clerk	Opens mail
	Sorts and distributes mail the to correct are of HIM
	Return invalid request to the requestor with a letter of explanation
ROI Legal Specialist	Analyzes the impact of policy changes on health care and the organization
	Evaluates all legal documents (i.e. court orders and subpoena's) for validity
	If valid, return them to the ROI Specialist to process
	If invalid, creates a letter and returns them to the requestor
