You are the only living relative to a great grandfather, a millionaire, soon to die. Sadly, the senior citizen finally died, and it took many months to finally track you down, as the estate successfully fought off many persons claiming to be you. The estate included a mansion, 50 acres of well-manicured land, 25 classic luxury cars, antique furniture, chandeliers, electric moving book cabinets, granite counterparts, bronze pipe fittings, gold-pated toilets, paintings, tapestries, jewels, [necklaces, watches, rings, bracelets] stocks, bonds, and many other valuable items.

The deceased had invented a number "home control" items, such as "voice control door locks, hand wave control of window shades, clap control of lights, and eye control of appliances." These items were not bought but invented by the owner. The deceased owned several patents, but these home inventions were not yet "patented," but it was clear that the deceased had invented them with his own ideas and hard work.

The home was held in Fee Simple, with Right of Survivorship. The estate had several tenant cottages, for past workers and their families, but were now used as rental properties, which were rented. The will bequeaths all to you, only when you reach the age of 30, but before then you have a monthly trust for living and a trust to pay your education. You are soon to turn 21, the administrator of the Trust is the deceased's law firm. You do not want to wait 9 plus years, to receive the "corpus" of the Will.

You want to "break" the Trust and sue to win the estate and all its contents. Your parents died four years ago, leaving you as the sole heir, but there are many adults claiming compensation for the many years of taking care of you, before and after the parents' death. What are the legal "subjects" named above; the legal issues and what proof do you need to win the suit?
