You are the owner of FunPhone, a personalized cellphone case shop at Guildford Mall, and you are very annoyed with Promote You Limited. Promote you provides personalized promotional products for stores. Your shop was looking for some special materials to promote its upcoming holiday sale and gift packages. Promote You offered free samples of its promotional merchandise, under its "100% Guarantee" policy. With the guarantee you thought you had nothing to lose. So on May 25 you placed a phone order for several samples. These included three kinds of personalized gift boxes and bags, as well as a tall stand-up sign and two counter-top display kits. Everything was supposed to be free. You did wonder why you were asked for your company's Visa credit card number, but Promote You promised to only charge you if you kept the products. When the products arrived, they didn't meet your expectations, and you returned them all on June 7 (you have a Canada Post receipt showing the return), But your July credit card statement showed a charge of $256.78 for the sample products. You called Promote You in July and spoke with Annika, who reassured you that a credit would be made on your next statement. However, your August statement still showed no credit. You called yet again and received a similar promise. It's now October and no credit has been made. Now, you decide to write an email to demand action In the body of this customer claim email, you should: Select one: a. give a brief description of what has happened. O b. provide specific dates and names of who you contacted. c. mention that you have attached a copy of any relevant documents
