He further noted that their son was born with a weakened immune system so he is unable to attend a childcare facility. The employee noted that they are trying to find a babysitter to watch their child between 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. each day. This is proving very difficult.
The employee worked the first shift from 7 to 3 p.m. while his wife worked the 3 to 11 p.m. shift. The employee would clock in his wife just before leaving himself. Both husband and wife have an one-hour commute.
