Although their warranty is only valid for two years, their relative closeness to the club means they can have service technicians on site within three days. Being very familiar with California water restrictions, their products have a very high water efficiency rating. Their systems make little use of automation beyond simple electronic timers so their products require a fairly high level of manual intervention. They estimate the total cost for the project to be $145,000.

KeepItGreen Ltd. is a company headquartered in Portland, Oregon but with locations along the entire west coast. They claim to be able to complete the work in two weeks and warranty their products for five years. Given their large numbers of local field offices, they guarantee service technicians can be on site within 24 hours. Their products include a moderate amount of automation and require human intervention only occasionally. Water efficiency for their systems is moderate. They estimate the total cost of the project to be $155,000.
