Their six-month probationary period is up, and your task is to analyze their sales records and customer service ratings to decide who will be hired for thethree permanent positions with Hoosier Health Depot and who will be terminated. The monthly sales records of the five sales associates were tabulated below. A common benchmark expected of probationary sales associates is to achieve average sales of $70,000. While the average sets the threshold, month-to-month changes should be considered also (i.e., whether the sales were improving or trending downward).
