You are the supervisor, you have a team of 10 employees.You have weekly project planning meetings to ensure everyone is on the same page.One of your employees is a good employee but is not always "present" for the meetings.He/she is physically there but not engaged and does not participate in the discussions unless it is specifically about his/her project.They may be on their phone, doodling, or sometimes you see them rolling their eyes.After one of the meetings:
