You have 300 staff and you need to compliance with all regulatory authorities. This means you need to work collaboratively with the department heads and specialist in their field to identify, analyse and implement a compliance system: Task 1, you will need to explain in detail how you will address the following points:

Task 1: Research information required for legal compliance.

1. How do you identify sources of information for compliance with laws and licensing for business operations?

2. Why do we evaluate areas of business operation and determine scope of compliance requirements?

Clear and effective communication is one of the fundamental principles of a positive working environment. We are responsible to provide information, instruction, training and supervision to all team members. This require all aspects of the organisation. In 'Task 2' you will need to address the following questions:

Task 2: Develop and communicate policies and procedures for legal compliance.

1. Why must we make sure that we develop and clearly articulate regulatory policies and procedures in a format is readily accessible and understood by all team members?

2. Nominate at least two roles and their responsibilities of personnel for regulatory compliance in policies and procedures.

3. Provide an example of when the distribution of policies, procedures and legal information to personnel would be appropriate

4. Nominate two methods (at least) that you could organise information updates for personnel to ensure their knowledge of roles and responsibilities for legal compliance.

No organisation is a set and forget experience. We must have systems in place that ensure that we monitor performance in every area of our business. We have timelines in place and the milestones are the opportunity to ensure compliance with legal requirements as well as analysing the performance of the organisation, in 'Task 3' you will need to address the following questions:

1. Why is it beneficial to communicate with regulatory authorities when planning business operations and submit required documentation?

2. Maintain business and occupational licences and check contractor compliance to avoid risk to business.

3. Why do we continuously evaluate business operations for non-compliance and implement modifications?

We never stop learning, qualifications are upgraded, requirements change of through legislative amendments and the only way to ensure compliance is to have team member regularly undertaking relevant training for their role in your organisation. In 'Task 4' you will need to address the following questions:

Task 4: Maintain personal and organisational knowledge of regulatory requirements

1. Nominate two examples of opportunities to maintain knowledge of current regulatory requirements.

2. Provide two examples (at least) of organisational communication methods that could be used to share updated regulatory knowledge.
