You are to act as a Consulting group, asked to deliver the following:

Choose an organisation that has experienced leadership changes and/or challenges since 2017..

The purpose of the report is to identify the leadership and management good and/or poor practices that led to, or substantially contributed to, the situation; and suggest what other alternatives could have been done (Critique the efficacy of the practices applied)

Students should note that this is NOT an ETHICS report. The wider leadership and management successes and/or failings should be discussed and critically analysed.
