You are to consider yourself the new facilities manager for the SRC at NFP. Please carefully read to following information carefully. You are the recreation facility manager for New Fancy Place (NFP) University. The primary student recreation facility is now 5 years old, and no longer carries the shine that it once did. Further, the universities enrollment has increased 10% in 3 years which brings it own challenges. These are the facilities that you over see: 1. SRC which includes an Olympic sized pool, 10,000 sqft weight room, 2 side by side dual basketball/volleyball courts, and locker rooms. 2. Two natural grass intramural fields that comply with a regulation American Football field dimensions. The intramural fields are not surrounded by a fence. There is a parking lot that can handle normal usage. Restrooms are present on-sight. The fields have lights but the parking structure does not.
