You are working as a GM-HR of a company selling paints in the Indian market and also outside India. The name of company is Paint Products, Inc. (PPI) a company headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. PPI manufactures and distributes several types of paints and coatings to industrial, commercial and retail customers throughout the country and in some markets outside the country as well. Altogether, PPI's products are sold in more than 25,000 stores in domestic and outside markets. The company's most-widely distributed and successful product "Evergreen Paint" is one of the leading sellers in the world. PPI has recently hired Dr. K Juneja, a well-known chemist, to work in the company's Pune laboratory to develop a paint to protect metal from rusting. Another company who is close competitor is trying to develop a similar product. Both companies offered Dr. Juneja a job, but he chose to work for PPI because it offered him more money and an attractive compensation package.

PPI wants you to draft an employment agreement for Dr. Juneja. The Team- Marketing and Team R&D from Pune Laboratory have left some points of consideration for you while you are finalizing the employment contract with Dr. Juneja. They want you to include the following provisions in the contract:

1. Dr. Juneja is to work at PPI's laboratory located in the city of Pune, Maharashtra.
