You are working as a legal assistant for Leighton + Costello and you are assisting one of the firm's solicitors, Andrea Chung, with a divorce case. Sam Gates is a newly appointed paralegal who is also supporting Ms Chung on the matter. Ms Chung has asked the client, Kasey Hunt, to provide her bank account details and summary of expenditure so the firm can prepare the property settlement for the divorce matter being handled by the firm. The client emailed the relevant details to the firm overnight. In the meeting, Ms Chung asked Sam to 'save the information in the appropriate location'. Later that day you notice that Sam has saved the confidential information to the shared office drive which can be accessed by all staff - the file is not password protected. You also notice that Sam has printed a copy and left it on his desk while he went to lunch. 2. As Sam has not stored this information properly what steps should you take to rectify this potential breach of confidentiality so that the information is stored securely
