The client emailed the relevant details to the firm overnight. In the meeting, Ms Chung asked Sam to 'save the information in the appropriate location'. Later that day you notice that Sam has saved the confidential information to the shared office drive which can be accessed by all staff - the file is not password protected. You also notice that Sam has printed a copy and left it on his desk while he went to lunch. 3.
