You are working as an educator at Little.ly Early Learning Centre. You have decided that it would be beneficial to encourage all staff at your workplace to provide input on innovation. This will allow current staff to provide their input on: Opportunities for innovation in the workplace Innovative ideas that could be utilised in the workplace There are currently no processes to encourage staff to share innovative ideas or define how innovative ideas can be shared. The Director of your workplace would like you to assist with the creation of an 'innovation form' that staff members can complete with their ideas for innovation in the workplace. You have been asked to create a process for completing and submitting these innovation forms below
