You are working as an educator at Little.ly Early Learning Centre.Over the past three months, your workplace has organised three events that required parental involvement.For each event, the centre trialled using a different communication mode to notify the parents of the event.Each time the response rate from parents has been low.The centre has been using only one communication method at a time for each notification.

The Centre Director, Hayley Schramm, has asked you to assemble an 'innovation team' comprising yourself and three staff members to analyse the data on response rates from communications. Your team and you must then use the information to guide you in an innovation project to determine and implement the most effective way to communicate with parents.

There are five rooms at your centre.The centre has documented the number of parents who did not respond to each communication method in each room on all three occasions.This data has been displayed below:
