You are working as an HR manager in the FSX hotel. Your team is about to launch new offers for the hotel. In contrast, the other two senior staff believe that social media ads are a better approach. John believes that an influencer campaign would have the strongest impact. At the end of the discussion, even though there were more votes for the other campaign, the CEO selected John's marketing strategy. This has created a tense working environment, as others believe that the CEO always supports John's decisions because he is his best friend's son.
