The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) of Company Z has asked you for an,
'Intercultural Briefing Paper*' to help them strengthen their workplace culture in NZ.
Realizing that they have to work cross culturally with Filipinos and Germans they want recommendations on how NZ managers can develop intercultural understanding and practice, and what company values would help NZ managers to work cross culturally.
