You are your team will be making a presentation to the Quality committee of the board. Your goal is to provide a background on MAID and to reassure the board that you have covered the bases and dealt with the issues. As part of the presentation, please cover these issues and any other items you have encountered. What are the potential challenges to implementation? What steps would you take to develop a policy for MAID? Who would you involve? What research would you do? How will you know if the policy and process is working well? What will you do to mak sure NBRHC is ready to serve? How will you respond to media inquiries? What othe processes will have to be looked at? Given the sensitivities around this issue, how might we celebrate those that have worked on the process and policy?
