Elliot is charged with assaulting his coworker. The prosecution offered two of Elliot's coworkers to testify that Elliot has a reputation for being a violent person and that he on several occasions assaulted his coworkers. Elliot objects. How do you rule?

Harold is charged with embezzlement. He allegedly embezzled money from his employer, an investment firm. He denies the charge and calls his colleague, Stan, to testify as his character witness. Stan is to testify that in his opinion Harold is an honest person. He also intends to testify that once the firm mistakenly gave more bonus to him Harold did not take it. He honestly reported that and returned the money to the firm. The prosecution objects. How do you rule?

Todd is on trial for murder. He calls George to testify as his character witness. George testifies that Todd is known in the community as a peaceable person. After George's testimony, the prosecution calls Jason to testify. Jason is to testify that he has known Todd for five years and in his opinion Todd is a person of violent disposition. Todd objects, claiming that the prosecution cannot attack his character. How do you rule?
