On Tuesday, he decides that poisoning his partner would be the best way of killing him. On Wednesday, he does Internet research to nd a type of poison that would not have any taste and would be hard to detect in an autopsy. On Thursday, he buys the chosen poison from a local hardware store. The poison chosen is often used to kill rodents. On Friday, he brings the poison to the ofce and leaves it in a locked drawer in his desk. On Saturday, he calls his partner and asks him to meet at the ofce the next day to review some documents. This is needed because Mr. Brown dog not want anyone present while the crime , mites place. , 'On Sunday, at 9:50 a.m., just before the partner is supposed to arrive at the ofce, Mr. Brown makes - two cups of coffee and puts the poison in one of -.. thecups. On Sunday at 10:00, the partner arrives and Mr. Brown offers him the cup of coffee with the poison in it. On Sunday at 10:05 am, the partner takes a sip of the poisoned coffee.
