You could create a parameter to switch between CriticScore, UserScore, and UserCount and create a calculated field "ratings" for this. Create another parameter, Top$-$N$,$ which filters Top N based upon the average of "ratings". Use "ratings" and "GlobalSales" for creating the treemap.
