You currently work for a weather company who is about to rollout a new weather app for iOS and Android phones in the US and China. The company wants your input on the following:

-The key characteristics that the product needs to have in order to attract new users.

-What approaches should the company take to attract users

-Should those approaches be different for China than the US? If so how.

-What market research is needed to support this new product?

-How will the market research help?

I have already anwsered all of these thats just background information for the case the follow up question was the one below and I dont understand what groups in a organization you would work with in order to gather information and plan for markering and releasing an app. Any group names or how to seperate them would be so appreciated thank you!!
