You go to your friend's apartment for a Super Bowl party and decide to help yourself to a bottle of Pepsi in your friend's refrigerator. Your friend spent a lot of money on snacks and drinks for the party, including purchasing Pepsi in those fancy old-fashioned glass bottles that costs much more than the Pepsi in cans.

Unfortunately, as you're drinking the soda, the glass bottle cracks, causing some shards of glass to enter your mouth, injuring you and causing bleeding in your mouth and throat. You go to the Emergency Room and they remove the broken glass from your mouth and throat and after keeping you for observation for two days for no signs of internal bleeding, you're released from the hospital.

It turns out that a small batch of the glass soda bottles left the Pepsi bottling factory with glass that was inadvertently made thinner than it should have been, and this defect could not be seen with the naked eye. Your friend bought the Pepsi at Target.

You sue Pepsi, Target, and your friend for your injuries.

Who wins these lawsuits? Please discuss fully.
