(the operation manager later realize that the annual budget that you have tabled, is somehow can be reduced by performing plan preventive maintenance (PPM) in-house. your three (3) technicians are trained, competent and certified to perform PPM at half (or 50%) of the total medical equipment.

Given the annual outsource amount earlier, calculate:

b- allocation for all PPM activities (100%), in RM

c- savings generated from inhouse PPM activities, in RM

d- final amount (of allocation) for annual maintenance activities, considering the 50% of the PPM done inhouse, in RM.
