In view of the auditing compliance issues, you have been delegated to carry out in-depth research into how the above can be resolved. As part of your purview, you would need to prepare a research proposal for presentation to the board of directors.

g. Finally, discuss the measurement scales that you would utilise in designing the questionnaire for the research.
