You have been asked to identify a WHS training need and over 6 weeks implement the solution to this training need and monitor and report on the outcomes of the training. So, firstly, what is the specific training need? Just one training need will do. You need to provide a 6-week timeline from when the training need has been identified through completing the actual training and then evaluating (by monitoring and reporting back) the effectiveness of the training. Now, in the first week there will need to be some consultation with your organization's stakeholders as to what training is needed, how it will be done, when and who will be trained, etc. These aren't usually the type of decisions that are made by one person alone without obtaining feedback from other organisation team members. Then you need to go on and say when the training will happen (what will be included, who will be trained, etc). Then you need to have a process for implementing the training, monitoring how successful the training has been (or not) and reporting back to the stakeholders. From initially identifying the training need and consulting with stakeholders to reporting back to stakeholders (for this assignment) needs to be time- lined over 6 weeks.
