You have been asked to put together the company's annual tribute dinner.

After successfully completing your project management class at NJIT, you have decided to put together a (1) Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and (2) Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM) in order to help you plan for the event. Your WBS (Level 1) must include:

• Obtaining a banquette hall
• Getting a host / Master of ceremonies
• Sending invitations out and responses in
• Securing entertainment
• Food and drink
• Decorations

(1) Construct a WBS (Table Format) using the above-mentioned actives as Level 1 with two (2) additional Levels of decomposition that you are to develop.
